In February 2017, Sulmona Restaurant opened its doors to Kendall Square, the much-loved community of Chef Delio Susi, Jr. who is also the proud owner of neighboring Amelia’s Trattoria. Our cuisine is influenced by the authentic traditional fare of Italy’s Sulmona region. Growing up on Abruzzi-inspired food, which takes advantage of the bounties of the four seasons, the mountains, local farms and the sea, Chef Delio has perfected his favorite tried-and-true family recipes--all carefully passed down through generations and refined over the ages. We believe in simple, delicious food--done exceptionally well.
